1. Scope and who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how MoreScales (“MoreScales,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, contact us, book a call, request a resource, communicate with us, or receive services from us. It applies to website visitors, prospects, clients, client representatives, vendors, and other business contacts. It does not replace a separate data-processing agreement or campaign agreement where one applies.
2. Information we may collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, work email, phone number, company, job title, website, calendar details, messages, sales goals, ideal-customer profile, campaign requirements, billing information, and any files or business information you choose to share. We may also collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, approximate location, pages viewed, and timestamps through hosting, security, analytics, or similar operational tools.
For managed outbound work, we may process professional information relating to business contacts, such as name, job title, employer, professional email address, company website, public professional profile, industry, company size, and other business-context data. Sources may include clients, public company websites, professional networks, reputable business-data providers, and information supplied directly by the individual. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information for ordinary lead-generation campaigns.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries; evaluate whether our services fit your business; schedule and conduct calls; prepare proposals; provide, secure, support, and improve services; build and operate agreed campaigns; verify professional contact data; manage replies and suppression requests; communicate about an engagement; process payments; prevent fraud or abuse; maintain business records; comply with legal obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Where required, we rely on consent, performance of a contract, compliance with law, or legitimate business interests that are balanced against individual rights.
4. Business outreach and opt-outs
MoreScales may send relevant business communications where permitted by applicable law. We aim to use accurate sender information, non-deceptive subjects, an appropriate business identity, and a clear way to stop future messages. You may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe method in a message or emailing help@morescales.com. We maintain suppression records so that an opted-out address is not unintentionally re-added. Opting out of marketing does not prevent essential service, transactional, legal, or security communications.
5. How information may be shared
We may share information with service providers that support hosting, email, calendars, customer relationship management, data verification, analytics, security, payments, document storage, and professional advice. These providers may process information only for the services they supply to us and subject to their contracts and applicable law. We may also share information with a client when we act on that client’s instructions, during a business reorganization, or when required to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or respond to a valid legal request. We do not sell personal information for money. If our practices change in a way that creates additional legal rights, we will update this notice and provide required choices.
6. International processing
MoreScales may work with providers or clients in different countries. Personal information may therefore be processed outside your country, including in India, the United States, or other locations where our providers operate. Privacy protections may differ by jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, organizational, or legal safeguards for cross-border processing.
7. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, an active business relationship, suppression management, dispute resolution, accounting, security, or legal compliance. Retention periods depend on the type of record, sensitivity, contractual requirements, and applicable law. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and reputable service providers. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about categories of data and recipients. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or complain to a privacy authority. To make a request, email help@morescales.com with enough detail for us to understand and verify it. We may ask for reasonable identity verification and may retain information when legally permitted or required. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
9. Cookies, links, and children
Our website may use essential technologies needed for hosting, security, preferences, and basic performance measurement. If we introduce non-essential cookies or advertising technologies, we will provide notices or choices where required. Our website may link to third-party sites such as Calendly and social platforms; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Our services are designed for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required. Questions, opt-outs, and privacy requests may be sent to help@morescales.com. This policy is a general business draft and should be reviewed by qualified counsel for the jurisdictions, tools, and exact data practices used by MoreScales.
