Talk to MoreScales
The best first conversation is specific. Tell us what your company sells, who normally buys it, the market you want to reach, your average contract value, and what your team currently does to create pipeline. You do not need a perfect brief. A short, accurate description of the offer and current problem is enough for us to prepare.
MoreScales helps B2B companies, technology providers, specialist agencies and professional-service firms build managed outbound systems. Typical conversations cover ideal-customer profile research, decision-maker lists, cold-email infrastructure, campaign messaging, deliverability, reply qualification, appointment handoff, pay-per-result models and outbound economics. If your requirement sits outside those areas, we will tell you directly.
Book a strategy call
Use the Calendly calendar on the MoreScales homepage or the Book a Call button in the header to choose an available time. The call is scheduled for 30 minutes and normally takes place on Google Meet. Calendly will show times in your local timezone and send the calendar invitation. Please use a work email when possible and include your company website so we can understand the business before the call.
A strategy call is not a high-pressure sales presentation. We use it to understand the offer, market, growth goal and current sales process. We may ask about contract value, sales cycle, past outbound activity, available proof, geography, decision-makers, exclusions and the number of qualified conversations your team can handle. Those answers help determine whether managed outbound is commercially sensible.
Email us
For general questions, proposals, partnerships, privacy requests, opt-outs, billing questions or existing-client support, email help@morescales.com. A useful subject line is “MoreScales inquiry — [Company Name]”. For campaign questions, include the campaign or client name and a short description of the decision you need help with. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details, government identification or sensitive personal information by email.
If you received an outreach message and do not want future communication, reply with your request or email help@morescales.com. Include the professional email address that should be suppressed. We maintain suppression information for the purpose of honoring the request. If you believe a message used inaccurate information, please share enough detail for us to investigate the source and correct the record where appropriate.
What to share before the call
- Your company website and a one-sentence description of the offer.
- The industries, company sizes, job roles and countries you want to reach.
- Your typical contract value, sales cycle and current close-rate estimate.
- The proof available today, such as results, references, product usage or founder expertise.
- Any accounts, industries, regions or people that must be excluded.
- Your current prospecting tools, domains, inboxes, CRM and calendar workflow.
- The difference between a reply, qualified lead, appointment and opportunity for your team.
- Your monthly sales capacity and the person responsible for following up.
What happens after you contact us
First, we review the information you provide. If the business appears to fit, we use the strategy call to clarify the market, offer and desired outcome. If more information is needed, we will ask for it. If MoreScales is not a suitable fit, we may recommend a narrower test, additional preparation or a different route rather than proposing a campaign that lacks the conditions to succeed.
When there is a reasonable fit, the next step is normally a written campaign outline. It may describe the ICP, services, infrastructure, expected responsibilities, qualification standard, reporting, timeline and pricing. Nothing is launched solely because a calendar call occurred. Both sides review and agree the scope, and any required access or payment is completed before campaign work begins.
New-business inquiries
For a new managed outbound engagement, include your primary growth objective. For example: entering the US market, reaching founders of B2B companies, building a repeatable cold-email system, improving a weak reply rate, or adding qualified conversations for a lean sales team. Avoid sending only “I need leads.” The definition of a useful lead depends on the buyer, role, need, geography, timing and next step.
If you are considering pay-per-lead, pay-per-appointment or pay-per-close work, explain how your team defines the result. We will need to discuss acceptance criteria, duplicate rules, exclusions, appointment attendance, CRM attribution, attribution windows, dispute timing and sales follow-up. A result-based model works only when both sides can observe and agree on the event being priced.
Existing clients
Existing clients should use the communication channel agreed during onboarding for routine approvals and reporting. Use help@morescales.com for urgent access issues, billing questions, privacy matters or when the normal contact is unavailable. For campaign changes, identify whether the request affects targeting, copy, infrastructure, sending volume, qualification or handoff. Significant changes may require a revised brief or scope so the campaign remains controlled.
To help us resolve an issue, include the date, campaign, affected record or screen, expected behavior and what actually happened. Do not forward sensitive customer or prospect information unless it is necessary for the investigation. We will acknowledge the issue, clarify any missing context and explain the next action.
Partnerships and vendors
MoreScales is open to relevant partnerships with B2B software providers, data and verification platforms, deliverability specialists, sales consultants, content partners and complementary agencies. A partnership should improve client outcomes, reliability or transparency. Send a concise description of the proposed value, intended audience, commercial structure and any access or data requirements. Generic link exchanges, purchased awards, undisclosed promotions and irrelevant mass pitches are not a fit.
Vendors should explain the specific operational problem their product solves and provide a clear privacy, security and pricing path. We may evaluate tools for research, verification, email infrastructure, automation, CRM, analytics or client delivery, but we do not promise a response to unsolicited vendor outreach.
Media, podcasts and speaking
For interviews, podcasts, YouTube collaborations or written contributions, share the publication, audience, topic, format, recording date and distribution plan. Kundan can discuss founder-led agency building, B2B outbound, ICP research, responsible cold email, lead economics and practical use of AI in sales development. MoreScales does not pay for undisclosed editorial coverage.
Privacy and legal requests
For access, correction, deletion, suppression or other privacy requests, write “Privacy Request” in the subject line and identify the information or professional email involved. We may request reasonable verification before acting. For legal notices, include the sender’s full contact information, the organization represented, the legal basis of the request and the specific action requested. Website forms and social-media comments are not reliable channels for formal notices.
Response expectations
We aim to respond to genuine business inquiries within a reasonable business timeframe, but response times may vary with workload, holidays, information required and the nature of the request. A scheduled call is confirmed through Calendly. Sending an email does not create a client relationship, guarantee campaign availability, reserve capacity or change an existing agreement.
Connect with MoreScales
Follow Kundan on LinkedIn, MoreScales on X, Instagram, and the MoreScales YouTube channel. Social platforms are useful for public content and updates, but email is the best channel for account, campaign, privacy and commercial questions.
