    1. Introduction

    Welcome to MoreScales ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to providing exceptional digital marketing, CRM automation, AI chatbot integration, and patient acquisition services for MedSpas and aesthetic clinics across the United States. We believe in transparency and want to ensure that our clients fully understand our policies regarding billing, cancellations, and refunds.

    This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted for the services we provide. By engaging our services, signing a client agreement, or making a payment to MoreScales, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Refund Policy in its entirety. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not purchase our services.

    2. Nature of Digital Services

    MoreScales provides specialized, intangible, and irrevocable digital services. These services include, but are not limited to, custom website design, sales funnel creation, CRM setup and configuration, AI voice agent and chatbot development, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising management (such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads), and strategic consulting.

    Because our services involve the immediate transfer of intellectual property, proprietary strategies, and significant manual labor by our expert team, we cannot "take back" the work that has been completed. Once a strategy is deployed, an ad campaign is launched, or a CRM system is built, the value has been delivered. For this reason, all sales are generally considered final, and we do not offer standard refunds for services rendered.

    3. Setup Fees and One-Time Projects

    Many of our service packages require an initial onboarding or setup fee. This fee covers the extensive time and resources required to audit your current digital presence, build out your custom CRM architecture, integrate necessary third-party tools, design your landing pages, configure AI agents, and prepare your advertising campaigns for launch.

    Setup fees are strictly non-refundable. The moment you remit payment for a setup fee, our team immediately begins allocating resources, reserving server space, and commencing the intensive manual work required to build your systems. Because this labor cannot be recovered, we cannot issue refunds for these initial costs under any circumstances, even if you decide to cancel before the project is fully launched.

    4. Monthly Retainer Services

    Our ongoing marketing and automation services (such as the Growth and Scale plans) are billed on a recurring monthly basis. These retainer fees cover continuous optimization, ad management, software licensing, server hosting, AI usage costs, and dedicated account management.

    Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable. When you pay for a month of service, you are securing our team's availability and access to our proprietary software for that specific billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service. If you choose to cancel your service in the middle of a billing cycle, you will continue to have access to the services until the end of that current billing period, but no refund will be issued for the remaining days.

    5. Advertising Spend (Ad Spend)

    As part of our services, we may manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, or others. It is important to understand that MoreScales charges a management fee for overseeing these campaigns, but the actual cost of the advertising (the "Ad Spend") is paid directly to the advertising platforms.

    MoreScales cannot refund Ad Spend. Ad Spend is billed directly to your credit card by the respective platform (e.g., Google or Meta). Once an ad is clicked or displayed, the platform has delivered its service, and the cost is non-recoverable. Any disputes regarding Ad Spend must be taken up directly with the advertising platform, though we will provide reasonable assistance and documentation to help you understand your campaign metrics.

    6. Third-Party Software and Tools

    In some instances, our services may require the use of third-party software, plugins, or tools that are billed separately or require you to purchase a license. MoreScales is not responsible for refunding any payments made to third-party vendors. You are subject to the refund policies of those individual software providers.

    7. Performance Guarantees and ROI

    While MoreScales utilizes proven, data-driven strategies that have successfully scaled numerous MedSpas, marketing is inherently unpredictable and subject to external market forces. We do not guarantee specific financial results, a specific number of new patients, or a specific Return on Investment (ROI), unless explicitly stated in a separate, written "Performance Guarantee" contract signed by both parties.

    In the absence of such a specific written guarantee, the failure of a marketing campaign to achieve desired results does not constitute grounds for a refund. We commit to executing our services with the highest level of professionalism and industry best practices, but the ultimate success of a campaign depends on various factors, including your local market competition, your clinic's sales process, and your team's ability to close the leads we generate.

    8. Cancellation Policy

    We require a 30-day written notice for the cancellation of any ongoing monthly retainer services. This notice must be sent via email to your dedicated account manager or to info@morescales.com.

    If your next billing date falls within that 30-day notice period, you will be billed for one final month of service, and our team will continue to manage and optimize your campaigns through the end of that final billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for failure to provide adequate cancellation notice.

    9. Disputed Charges and Chargebacks

    We strongly encourage our clients to communicate with us directly to resolve any billing issues or dissatisfaction with our services. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a valid charge with your credit card company or bank without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, we view this as a breach of contract.

    In the event of an unwarranted chargeback, we reserve the right to immediately suspend all services, deactivate your CRM, pause all advertising campaigns, and pursue legal action to recover the disputed funds, as well as any associated chargeback fees, legal fees, and administrative costs incurred by MoreScales. We maintain detailed records of all work performed, communications, and system access logs, which will be submitted to the payment processor or bank in the event of a dispute.

    10. Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds

    While our policy is strictly no refunds, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. MoreScales reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to issue a refund, partial refund, or account credit under highly specific circumstances (such as a documented billing error on our part).

    The granting of a discretionary refund in one instance does not obligate us to grant a refund in the future, nor does it imply a waiver of this Refund Policy. Any discretionary refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.

    11. Modifications to this Policy

    MoreScales reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
